We never open, pre-configure or ship a wallet with a pre-written recovery phrase. If a seal looks tampered with on arrival, do not use the device and contact us.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Opened hardware wallets cannot be resold for security reasons, so they are not returnable. See our refund policy for the full terms, including restocking fees.
