How does Cypherock X1 work without a seed phrase?
The private key is split across the X1 Vault and four X1 Cards. Any two of the five parts are needed to sign, so there is no single seed phrase to lose or steal.

What happens if I lose a card?
You still have the Vault and three cards, which is more than enough to sign. Replacement cards can be issued using the remaining parts.

Which coins does Cypherock support?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, Dogecoin and thousands of tokens through the cySync app on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Is this device genuine and factory sealed?

Yes. The Crypto Merchant is an authorized reseller and sources every wallet from the manufacturer or its authorized distributor. Devices arrive new and sealed. We never open, pre-configure or ship a wallet with a pre-written recovery phrase. If a seal looks tampered with on arrival, do not use the device and contact us.

How long does shipping take?

US orders ship free with tracking and usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days from our warehouse in Florida. International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

What is the return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Opened hardware wallets cannot be resold for security reasons, so they are not returnable. See our refund policy for the full terms, including restocking fees.
